The portal for making appointments is intuitive and 95% of the time I have had good/helpful experiences with the nurses/doctors/staff.
The nurses are nice and the doctors are so weird and awkward, esp the male doctors. Reception is so confused constantly and I don't understand how, like if you don't have the answers then who does? bad
V slow. Must have appt. Don’t go if you need urgent help/ are very sick. some staff is great, some aren’t helpful or understanding.
