My leg had a very deep cut, i was supposed to take antibiotics to prevent infection but the medical staff gave me “medicinal honey” on it and my foot got worse. I had to go back home and spend a lot more for treatment since my wound was almost infected to my bone.
I will note that they are very limited with regards to the scope of what they can and cannot accomplish: they have few tests, few appointments, etc. HOWEVER, the staff there is kind, accommodating, and understanding. Even if they are not knowledgeable in certain fields, they are able to direct you to someone who can (sometimes) or simply act as one to converse with while making your own independent decision.
The portal for making appointments is intuitive and 95% of the time I have had good/helpful experiences with the nurses/doctors/staff.
