Love their versatility and options to add on more care etc. Beautiful spot, with great people. Blaine was great in the onboarding/getting settled stages.

I am moving into the Claiborne in Hattiesburg. I have toured it several times. Blaine Patterson community relations director showed me around each time. He is one of the main reasons I decided on the Claiborne. He was always so patient answering any questions I had and took time to introduce me to other residents. He was never pushy in trying to make me make a decision. He is a very caring and thoughtful person and an asset to your company.

From the very first day I met Amanda Roshto, the Community Sales Assistant, at The Claiborne of Hattiesburg, it was clear how much she cares about her career and about the residents and families who live in or are touched in some way by the Claiborne. My parents moved here in May. The Executive Director, the sales manager, and the staff are terrific. The weak link - and it’s a significant one - is maintenance. Their head of maintenance, Thomas, is simply awful. From disclosing personal information about residents (thankfully, he withholds names) to providing false information about a potential sale of the facility, there is nothing he won’t do or say to get out of work for which multiple work orders have been submitted.
