Mom has been there for a year and a half. It was sold in January and since then the quality has gone to the ground. The old staff has been forced out, the staff is short, the cleaning and laundry has become intermittent, food on the weekend is poor, the administration doesn’t respond to complaints from residents. We have tried to discus the problems with administration but no action has taken place. Blaine Patterson made this such an easy decision for us. He is passionate about the care the residents receive at the Claiborne. They have thought of everything down to the smallest details. I know my parents are at a wonderful facility with the best care. Thank you so much!
We were so impressed with Claiborne! The place is amazing. Blane patiently walked my husband and sister-in-law through every step of the process getting our parents signed up to move in. Our intentions were to only get info on the place today, but we were so impressed with the residence, management, and facilities that we went ahead and signed up before the day was over.
