My mother needed placement on very short notice, and after calling on a Thursday morning, I was able to tour the facility that same afternoon. Karey Eastwood was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire process. We felt so confident in the care and environment that we signed my mom up the very next day. My mother and I had a very lovely tour with Community Relations Director, Ms. Karey Eastwood. She was warm, welcoming and took the time to inform us of the facilities workings, answer our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We've even been invited to their upcoming crawfish boil! Hahha The Claiborne is a beautiful facility. If you are looking for an assisted living option for a family member or yourself, I highly recommend taking a tour with Karey!

My experience today was handled with respect and dignity towards our loved one. I feel confident she will be well taken care of. Karey Eastwood was most helpful and comforting. It was very emotional for me and she was there for me in making this very difficult decision. I feel my mother in law will be comfortable here.
