I was given a lovely tour of the facilities. I was pleased with the recreational options, beauty of the building itself including the courtyard, and available transportation available if needed. Seeing a unit was so helpful. I could see my husband and I being happy here when the time comes for a move. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and cheerful. The tour answered all my questions for this stage of our search. So happy small dogs are accepted, too! Thank you for a positive experience.
The worst facility!!! The administration starting at the top. Has extremely poor communication. Short story. Happened today. Keep in mind the family member there has left once in a week. Got call. Said they found 1 bes bug in a chair at her apartment. Was told w had 1 hr and 45 minutes to come get here out!!! Many more stories like this one. Kick her out of her apartment!! For their bed bug issue!!!
