When you pay a premium to have them administer your mother's medications and they forget to do so from time to time, that's a problem. When the positive recommendations are from the executive director and employees, and not from residents and family members, you aren't really getting a clear picture. This is not a terrible place or I wouldn't let my mother stay there, but the place has gone downhill in the past couple of years and we are reconsidering.
