The location of The Civic is ideal! It’s a dream being able to walk just about anywhere I need to. Love the layout and design of the condos, as well!
The Civic is a great place to live! The best thing is that you’re close to The Civic Center. It makes attending shows and events super easy. There isn’t another place like it in the city and the value is incredible!!
This is a wonderful location! Everyone is so friendly that live here - great community - private parking and so many things to do in walking distance! Love love it here!
One of my best decisions ever was buying a condo here! Location is perfection! I love walking to Thunder games and concerts at The 'Peake, Myriad Gardens, OKCMOA, Jones Assembly, and (of course) The Civic Center. There are also so many cool local restaurants nearby and fun neighborhood coffee shops. The neighbors are awesome and the condos are beautiful!
