Beautiful amenities and very central to sky train. This building has amazing value for all that it offers. I've just listed a unit for sale in tower 2 and am amazed at all the amenities including the gym and guest suite. Definitely an amazing place to live!

여름에 더울 땐 에어컨을 사용할 수 있어 좋다. 대신 날씨가 조금만 추워지면 히터를 켜도 따뜻한 바람이 나오지 않는다. 여긴 중앙 제어 시스템이라서 내가 추워도 이웃들이 에어컨을 사용해야 하기에 내가 난로를 따로 틀어야 한다. 날씨가 습해서 건조하게 만들기 위해서는 따뜻한 바람이 아닌 차가운 바람을 선택해야 한다. 그리고 여긴 환기가 잘 안 된다. 발코니 위에 환기구가 있지만 바깥 공기가 집 안으로 잘 들어오지 않아 공기가 항상 쾌쾌하다. 환기가 잘 되지 않아 곰팡이가 빨리 핀다. 이제 거의 두 달 살았지만 여기 주차장에 냄새는 너무 심하다. 내 지인이 살고 있는 더 오래된 콘도애 가 봤는데 그곳 쓰레기 장은 벌레 한마리 없고 주차장에서는 향기가 났다. 여기 핼스장도 처음에는 좋아 보였지만 부위 별 머신이 생각 보다 그렇게 많지 않아 운동할 부위가 적다. 여기 이사 오기 전에 신축 콘도에 있었다. 거기는 물 온도가 항상 일정하개 유지되고 압력도 일정하게 유지 되었지만 여긴 온도도 압력도 일정하지 않아 어떨 때는 뜨거운 물만 나오고 어떨... read more

Great location, walking distance to most amenities. Friendly tenants and has a large amenity room with concierge services.

Environments and facilities are good except the public EV chargers at P7 are so suck. Half of them are not working due to wifi disconnection issues. Hope it won’t take a decade for get them fixed! One out of 5 elevators keeps out of service during my stay more than a year, just wondering if it is for decoration purposes only! With that said, long waiting time on elevators during the peak hours!!
