Amenity is great, absolutely love their gym- clean and huge with lots of equipment, and convenient location with walking distance to the sky train and bunch of restaurants + library :) ! Initially had some struggle with visitors parking, but they finally changed it so we can access the P7 with fob key instead of having guests walk down or call for elevator from outside. I personally had no issues (mind you I live in a lower floor) with elevators as they provide elevator access for low-rise floors and I barely have to wait mo... read more
Great building and great amenities! one of the best amenities in Burnaby! Hands down
Good place to live for a single person (parking spot, central A/C, enough storage for a single person), but there are some nit picks I have. It is confusing for visitors to get to the lobby from the skytrain station the first few times they come. Elevators can take a few minutes to arrive especially at peak times.
The front desk guys are great, and do the best they are able to despite the wholly unprofessional and incompetent management company First Residential who are horrible to work with. The management company itself is arbitrarily rude, and dumb in their replies. Don’t bother asking for repairs because even the maintenance people know these building slapped together by SHAPE are screwed up beyond repair.
