So many things I could say but basically all the other 1 star reviews are correct. I lived there for 2 years. Even when we moved out they didn’t forward our final bill because supposedly they didn’t have our forwarding address even though I filled out the move out form and handed it directly to them with our new address. Corporate was understanding when I called them and quickly mailed out my final bill but this specific leasing office loses a lot of paperwork/lies. The sunset views on the rooftop pool create a beautiful atmosphere! The amenities and location are great!
If I could give a zero star review, I would. They will tell you just about anything to sign a lease right when you sign it they no longer are helpful. Read the lease very carefully before you sign and don’t expect them to help you with any damages even the ones that were there before you moved in.
