do not choose this apartment. It is the worst building i have lived in. 1. When You sign the lease, You will find a lot of additional fee that they did not told you. 2. My unit has 24 hour vibration that prevent me from sleeping. I have worked with the manger team for more than one month, But they can not solve it. They call it normal condition and asked me to fix it by myself. Cannot imagine this will happen in a normal apartment.
Very disappointing experience. I moved out over two months ago and still have not received my security deposit refund. I provided my forwarding address multiple times, but it was not properly recorded until I repeatedly followed up with management. I have also followed up multiple times about my refund, but management has neither responded promptly nor provided any clear update. The lack of communication and continued delay are extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
They will charge you rent application fees of up to $300 to get a place, then not get you a place. Criminal.
Rental increase was way too much when nothing has changed.
