The Citizen is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! The management and maintenance staff are awesome. Brittany and Abigail were able to get me into my apartment within a week! I love the pool, gym and secure package room. The resident events are also super fun, and have been a great way to meet my new neighbors.
Great hospitality, and a fantastic complex! Looking forward to being a part of the community! Quick and efficient work after my maintenance request! Wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround!
Lived in this apartment for almost 3 years and enjoyed every minutes since the new management company (RAM) took over. The maintenance staffs are very responsive and most of my service requests are resolved within one day. The leasing office organizes lots of community activities for singles or families. They fixed all the issues ignored by previous mgmt(MRG), and they work around the clock to making improvements to the building. I really enjoyed living at the Citizen during my time in Memphis! Brittany and Zach are wonderful and really make an effort to create a fun, warm, uplifting environment! The units are very spacious with an open floor plan and tons of natural light. The apartments are also conveniently located in mid-town- close to many restaurants- and also very close to the medical district , which makes it a convenient location for those in healthcare!
