The Citizen was a great apartment for the time I was there. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The pool area and lounge were nice and kept up well. My only complaint would be the trash pick-ups and trash left in public areas. A few times down the halls, I would see small boxes left, but trash cans emptied, like they skipped because they weren’t in the bag. Also, the dog area trashcan was very rarely tended to.
