I read through all the reviews and was convinced the fire alarm issue is resolved. Moved in Jul 2025 and it was fine. Since this spring the seismic construction and fire alarm issues raised up again. It’s the 4th time of this year with false alarm and it’s extremely hard to catch a scared kitty (s) especially when yourself are in medical conditions. Think twice about living here and you don’t wanna pay for around 1500 to be woke up at midnight with fire alarm.
I lived here from July 2025 to September 2026. Pros: - Maintenance staff are responsive and helpful. - Leasing agents are generally helpful, although there seems to be a relatively high turnover rate. (For example, on the first night I moved in, the washer unexpectedly leaked and soaked my mattress. The maintenance did his best to help in the late evening, and Brittany called me the next morning and offered a two-week rent discount as compensation. I appreciated how quickly they responded.)
