Gabrielle was great! She made check in a very seamless process. Also, the Citizen as a whole has been a solid place to live so far. Rooms are spacious and full of sun, no loud noises heard inside or outside, and both management and maintenance have been very communicative and responsive. I am happy I found this place!
Gabrielle was the best! She took her time with the viewing and layout of the apartment. All questions we had, she answered and we did not feel rushed! Go see Gabrielle!
I've been very pleased with my move-in experience and the community overall. The amenities are great and location is convenient. Big shoutout to Gabrielle! She was amazing to work with and made everything extremely easy for me. Maintenance was also quick to respond and fix a few minor issues the next day.
I normally do not leave public reviews, but after living through the past several months here, I feel obligated to share my honest experience for anyone considering this property. For nearly seven months, residents have dealt with ongoing construction noise during normal working hours with inconsistent communication regarding timelines and completion.
