DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Unless you enjoy calling for DAYS LITERALLY with no response, in your loved ones room or the front desk. 2x’s I had called 2-3 days prior to getting a call back and when the did call me back it was due to unrelated issues. This place is the worse. My gma got sick here, I had been calling and calling and calling with NO RESPONSE, finally on the third day I got threw for them to tell me my grandmother was discharged and was of SOUND MIND!, & NO SHE WASN’T. A select few of the employees are nice enough and the apartments are decent but the price is outrageous and the care is mediocre at best. They do the bare minimum but still charge for the maximum. I wish we had moved my Grandma somewhere else before Covid hit.
