Always No Hot Water or no water at all, No clean on the floor Rooms Corner, if you ask to fixed such as electric Power, and my room Laundry wash room still the didn’t Respons, and all such kind of Many Problem in this Building , so it’s very Bad Building!
The worst building ever. Everything in the apartment is broken and the management takes forever to do anything. Filled with garbage and roaches. Management keeps on changing but never gets any work done. STAY AWAY. DON'T RENT HERE. DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE I'VE DONE.
I have been a resident at 701 Don Mills Road for quite some time now, and I must say that the recent change in the management to Sterling Karamar is proving to be a great decision. The new management has hired an entirely new team, which is extremely attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving things for all the residents. I was humiliated here, some flame guys promised me great things if I hosted my competition show here.. The exact OPPOSITE happened! So, the second my contestants and I arrived here the Leaf contestant was immediately set ablaze. Later, all my contestants mysteriously disappeared and the staff didn’t even speak English. So awful here. Adding onto that, I am trapped here forever! Stupid contract!
