I came here for the first time earlier today and was pleasantly surprised how fun the class was! Some take aways: (1) this place built a welcoming culture that supports each other to push themselves. (2) they have a lot of "regulars", which is a great! One person commented that they've been coming for 5 years and comes 3 times a week! (3) the instructor really cares, and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly (I don't remember her name unfortunately - but she was tatted) Overall, great spot to workout!
This place is a neighborhood gem! Super convenient classes for those 9-5 work weeks, everyone is super nice! Julie is super helpful Pat is great! Antony’s class was lit! 🔥 definitely comin back!
