So excited to see activity back in this building. The new Cinderella Plaza has replaced the Cinderella Shoppe (which I remember growing up in Palmyra because it was a business icon for many years). There is a new salon visible in the front tower windows. I had an opportunity to tour the renovations inside. It is currently empty but ready for additional businesses. This shop is atrocious. My future step mother went in there shopping for a dress and the lady was so rude to her she was almost in tears. Her friend that was with tried to make simple suggestions about a jacket to go with the dress and the old lady helping them took her hand and told her to shut up. You can't treat people like this nor run a business like this. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. It's truly not worth the harassment.
Rude and incredibly invasive sales people. The woman actually asked my sister if she was 'in a financial position to buy a gown today'. Oh, she definitely is, but it definitely won't be coming from this horrible place. Disgusting and outrageous!
If you're reading these reviews thinking "Oh, it can't be THAT bad", let me put the question to rest: It is. It really, really, REALLY is. In the span of 45 minutes, we were flat out lied to, I was groped (I'm not entirely sure how dress fittings are SUPPOSED to go, but I'm 99% sure that they don't involve a hand on my a** while a 70+ year old woman is saying "Don't worry - we're all women here"), and our dress attendant had a senile fit. Absolutely terrible! I read the reviews before I went but I still can't believe how bad this experience was! I made an appointment for 11am on Saturday (which is the time they are supposed to open). A few minutes after 11am, I tried to go in but the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called the store and she rudely said that she had just opened the doors. Ok...
