I'm not an employee but a parent who was receiving services for my 3 year old daughter. The therapist who is assigned to work with my daughter is very inconsistent, unprepared and overall unprofessional . The therapist constantly changes our appointment sessions at the last minute and give ane excuse on my why we cannot reschedule for another day throughout the week.
