I had a terrible experience here. I brought my wheels in to get polished and Alex had them for two weeks without finishing the job. He kept giving me the runaround, stopped answering my calls, and when I finally got the wheels back, they weren’t even balanced. While I wasn’t charged, they completely wasted my time — and most likely will waste yours too. Extremely unprofessional service

Unreliable and Poor Customer Service Bought a set of rims and tires from this place, and when I got a flat in June 2024, I reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement since they sourced the original set. The owner asked for the brand and size of the tire, which I sent over—then he completely ghosted me. Left me on read and never followed up.
