John and Corky were really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. In addition to being preofessional, they were very friendly. I felt I could trust them, regardless of challenges of my case. Also, they kept in touch with me consistently and were attentive to any questions or concerns I might have. I have worked with John many times in purchasing and refinancing a home. He was able to work with me in ways that a bank or other lending agencies cannot because they are so large. The work they do with clients is such that they take a personal interest in your loan process. They take you step-by-step through every phase of the process and make sure that you know everything you need to to qualify. They are very honest and they know what they are doing. I would recommend John and his team to anyone.
