Horrible experience. My wife needed Trifocals and was going to go someplace else. She was given different frames to try on and the eye doctor just told her it was going to be like $436.00. At no point did they go through what her insurance covered or the cost of the frames they were showing us. I guess we are supposed to just take their word for things. Really? Dr. Shenouda invests his time with each patient for the most comprehensive exam you will experience. Over the years (since he opened Christian Eye Clinic in Urbandale) Dr Shenouda has delivered to me the BEST prescriptions for my glasses and contacts, He has also efficiently handled a couple of eye emergencies for me--like this week during the COVID-19 troubles. He met with me online through ZOOM.
Been going to see Dr Shenouda for a few years now and highly recommend him, he does a great job.
I had a very good experience at Christian Eye Clinic. My eye exam was done professional and I appreciate the time spent to get me the perfect eye prescription. The staff did a great job adjusting my glasses after I received them. I would highly recommend this business to customers that are looking for trusted eye exam done professionally.
I have struggled with my vision my whole life. I wondered from place to place hopping for a solution. The Christian Eye Clinic was listed on my insurance(VSP) and was close to where I live. I gave them a try and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Dr. Shenouda did a thorough exam, well beyond what I ever received at any other place I have been and I have been to a lot. My experience at the Christian eye clinic was amazing. The office staff was wonderful and kind. Dr. Shenouda was very thorough in examining my eyes I had a problem with one eye and he gave me prescription . He even called to check on me a couple of days later. I ordered new glasses on Monday and received them today (Thursday) love them. I'm from out of state but found a new eye Dr. and feel super blessed!
