I went to the Red Bank location. I'm someone who needs it to be cool to sleep. I specifically told the doctor that. He told me the room had an air conditioner. This was not true. The tech told me after arriving that there was no way to lower the temperature, which was about 70 degrees. That's far too hot for me. I ended up leaving. I have tried calling the Sleep Center and was only able to leave a message requesting a callback, which never came. I'm very disappointed in Christ Hospital for such unprofessionalism.
Zero stars! Dr Kanagarajan was hostile and rude. I was there for sleep apnea but all he wanted to talk about was my cigarette smoking. The night of the sleep study, it was one of the worst nights of my life! They forced me to wear the CPAP thing with no time to get used to it. Really bad medicine!
I recently went for a sleep study at the Christ Hospital’s Redbank Sleep Center. The technician’s name was Jocelyn and she explained everything to me thoroughly. She was kind and helpful and we shared stories about our families from kids and parents. I totally trusted her and she reassured me that if I had any questions or concerns throughout the study “just press this button” and I will be right there. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had…The ability for this office/team to connect to prescribers is very poor. Very difficult to reach any of the office staff - often times wind up, leaving a message. I would not recommend this center.
