Do not see Dr. Lanka. She is awful. She does not listen to her patients and will just walk away if you are asking questions she cannot answer. She acted like I was an inconvenience because I had to have an ER consult on a weekend and stated if I wanted better care I should have some in on a Monday.
I wanted to share the shameful experience my sister and I had with my mother today at The main Christ Hospital and Alyssa Teepen CNP. Today 06-25-2024 my mother had a follow up vist at 12:30 PM. We arrived at 12:46 to the office and we told Allyssa would not see us due to being over the 15 minute late check in. My mother is in a wheelchair and when we were leaving she had an accident and needed her clothes changed. We also ran into traffic in the Clifton area which caused delay also.
