I am writing this Google review in response to my chart message received from Mary Mann LPN at Christ Hospital physicians, Union Kentucky. When we spoke at my visit on Thursday, you mentioned that if symptoms persisted, an antibiotic would be prescribed given that I was still experiencing symptoms. Monday. I reached out as advised. The doctor there wants to always pass you on to a specialist. They cost more and they don't do anything that the doctor at Union should do. If that cannot treat my asthma, which Christ Hodpital Physicians has always taken care of. I will do without medication before i go to that doctor again.
Dr Walter is amazing! She takes time to listen and truly cares about her patients well being. Only complaint is the younger woman at the front desk is a little rude.
I've been seeing Jennifer Meyers for over 10 years at two different offices. She has always provided a very high level of care, and appointments with her are unrushed. Refills are prompt, test results are prompt. Both Jennifer and the Christ Hospital Physicians are highly recommended.
Would give zero stars if I could. Dismissed from The practice because I missed one appointment. No care or empathy about individual patient situations or why that happened. This is why everyone puts off their health needs.
