I absolutely love this office and its care team! When we welcomed our first baby in 2020 we were very uncertain/nervous new parents navigating in the middle of the pandemic, Dr. Kenny was so warm and knowledgeable and always answered all of our questions and calmed our concerns. Our son had to have a sensitive surgery done at Cincinnati Children's at 6 months and the team here was so great in partnering with our Children's to team to ensure we were well taken care of. Nowhere else to contact after hours so leaving a review to hopefully get through to someone - the after hours number does not work. the first set of options presented lets you choose a number but then when you get to the second set of options it won’t accept any number and then just hangs up. Please fix this
Unfortunately went once and won’t be back. I’ve been struggling with stomach pain and sickness for a while now and wanted a new doctor with a fresh take. Administration was amazing very nice and welcoming but getting into see the doctor was another story. She seemed annoyed argumentative and just down right rude and dismissive. It's ok. The people are nice, but im not sure they knew what they were doing. I never got diagnosed with whatever my illness was and it eventually went away after a few months no thanks to the doctors. They prescribed me medicine and i never got it, some kind of communication issue between the pharmacy and the doctors office. Their billing is confusing and weird too, very frustrating. The doctors had great bedside manor but they short of ingnored half my symptoms.
