I would not recommend this office to anyone, for anything. Dr. Bort IS very nice face-to-face. She is also good with kids, as mine had to tagalong to my appointments more than once. But that's where the upsides to being her patient ends. I can't get past how Dr. Bort (or possibly this entire practice) refuses to provide any assistance via MyChart or phone. I went in today for routine lab work for my upcoming appointment , front desk girl was very rude .. I have had issues in the past with the office staff being very rude. However, I try to see the positive and have never brought it to Dr. Borts attention. However, I will be speaking to Dr Bort about her rude front desk people at my upcoming appointment and if attitudes don’t get adjusted .. unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for a new Dr.
Dr. Bort and her team have been nothing but reassuring and kind, they make sure I am comfortable, and are very understanding of my medical/health anxieties. They're truly a blessing, and I am glad they are here.
