Dr. Bort and her team have been nothing but reassuring and kind, they make sure I am comfortable, and are very understanding of my medical/health anxieties. They're truly a blessing, and I am glad they are here.
Excellent Doctors, excellent staff, short wait times, and easy scheduling!
The doctor was very nice and the medical assistant Daniel was very nice as well but the staff in the front are extremely unprofessional never even acknowledged me when I came in did not say hello or anything. I called in a few days later because I had a question about the instructions for the two medications I was prescribed and a young lady answered told her I just had a quick question and about the instructions and she says “well there a instructions on the bottle” in a nasty tone. My two stars is very misleading. Dr. ganzer is awesome. He was about a mile from my house and now I’m driving 40 minutes to see him. The office manager on the other hand is very snarky, and not very friendly and professional at all. I needed some information faxed and she said she would take care of it right away. Now they are closed. she did not send it and I lost my appointment spot for tomorrow at the location I was going to. Very frustrating and sad that Dr. ganzer went there. Doc is 5stars plus.
I just called and the receptionist was awesome and was prop. Was very nice and thoughtful. Needed to get in because Milford office didn't have a doctor ready until August. Mine left there . They got my prescriptions filled and on point. Thank You both offices
