I went in today for routine lab work for my upcoming appointment , front desk girl was very rude .. I have had issues in the past with the office staff being very rude. However, I try to see the positive and have never brought it to Dr. Borts attention. However, I will be speaking to Dr Bort about her rude front desk people at my upcoming appointment and if attitudes don’t get adjusted .. unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for a new Dr.
Dr. Bort and her team have been nothing but reassuring and kind, they make sure I am comfortable, and are very understanding of my medical/health anxieties. They're truly a blessing, and I am glad they are here.
Excellent Doctors, excellent staff, short wait times, and easy scheduling!
The doctor was very nice and the medical assistant Daniel was very nice as well but the staff in the front are extremely unprofessional never even acknowledged me when I came in did not say hello or anything. I called in a few days later because I had a question about the instructions for the two medications I was prescribed and a young lady answered told her I just had a quick question and about the instructions and she says “well there a instructions on the bottle” in a nasty tone.
