Ivy Dang is my baby’s pediatrician, and I truly believe she is an excellent doctor who provides outstanding care. On December 26, I took my two-month-old baby to the emergency room, where she was diagnosed with COVID. The physician on duty advised me to schedule a follow-up appointment with her pediatrician. I had a terrible experience here in March and April. Wrote up all my concerns and sent to patient advocate. My concerns were swept under the table and not addressed. No one making the decision on my complaints ever reached out to me.I felt like I was going to die during this experience. I've been an RN for 35 plus years. This care was horrible. Dr. Kassa is a great doctor. I was looking for a new doctor in my area and my FIRST visit she caught a problem that no other doctor to date had addressed. She is attentive and actually takes the time to listen to what im saying. She is great at providing extra resources for me as well. She is an awesome addition to the practice and I hope she never leaves and if she did I'd follow to where she went.
