Not a caring Dr office
I had gone here after transferring from Norwood. I loved Dr Smith, I went to ER for chest pain . Once released 2 days later tried to get an appointment. Total confusion on the call. Office management dismissed me from practice without any warning. I am now without all medication and not giving a clear reason for dismissal. So here I sit a heart patient without medication and no doctor until July RIDICULOUS! Office manager refuses to speak to me.
Was 4 minutes late for my appointment and they made me reschedule. The receptionist almost seemed happy about it. Terrible
I’ve been a patient here for years and find the staff competent, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this office. I love their lab too.
