DO NOT GO HERE - very unprofessional. I was a new patient and had to wait for three weeks for my appointment; however, 2 hours before my appointment I received a call notifying me that they had to cancel my appointment because my doctor had an emergency. As a new patient, I find it ironic that my appointment was canceled two hours before my appointment, yet, there is a policy where patients pay $50 if the patient cancels an appointment within 24 hours. From initial phone call, to checking in, to being called back, and being seen by the nurse and Dr. Woodward it was perfect. Everyone is extremely friendly and seem to value your time. Facilities are new and clean. We switch from another provider and can’t be more pleased.
Dr. Woodward and her staff are very nice and prompt. I have never had to wait long for an appointment. The only issue is that I have to wait longer for a medication refill than I did with my previous physician, but other than that no complaints.
We had an appointment with Katherine Johnson this morning at 8 am. Got on the road but rush hour and a snowstorm caused delays. I tried to call them at 7:54 to tell them we would be a couple minutes late - was told they don't open till 8 and that office didn't answer phones till 8. Arrived in the lobby at 8:12 and waited 3 minutes to check in. Was told we missed the 15 minute check in window and had to go to Dr. Johnson's office area. Staff is fine but I absolutely hate the building. You WILL get lost.
