KUDO's to Sara. She works in this department 2 days a week. She is awesome. So professional. She is the perfect example of exemplary Customer Service. She followed up on what she said she would to find out what I needed to do in order to get my port a cath (thats never worked properly) removed. She called me later today explaining everything. She is a great asset to Christ Hospital. Thank you for her professionalism because it's been a bumpy road with Christ Hospital.
If you want overcharged this would be the doctor for you. I went in for a “doctors visit” to review test results and the Nurse practicer was in the room less than five minutes and got charged for a full appointment. When I called about it they continued to transfer me to different voicemails without ever letting me talk to someone that could help me which is very unprofessional in itself.
