I had a terrible experience with physical therapy despite having a good Physical therapist who seemed to understand me, the first time. She seemed to hear me but I found as time went on that I experienced more pain and disability and when I spoke about this I was ignored and told what I was really feeling. It didn't make sense. So I went to my doctor's then was ignored and told opposite of what I was experiencing then at more doctors appointments of any type. Just was billed for services- they were competent but the cost was high, and never was given more than 20 minutes but was billed for 30. Tip: make sure you get the full amount of time and ask for cost BEFORE getting rehab- especially if on a high deductible plan.
Came here for plantar fasciitis and it healed almost immediately after being in pain for a year and a half! Wish I had came here sooner. Physical therapy works with the right exercises and if you stay consistent. Thank you PT therapist Yasu!
