Ashley was wonderful to work with after my total knee replacement. She is kind, knowledgeable, and always encouraging, which made every session both productive and positive. Her friendly, easygoing manner put me at ease and kept me motivated. The entire outpatient staff is just as welcoming and professional, creating a truly supportive environment.
I had a terrible experience with physical therapy despite having a good Physical therapist who seemed to understand me, the first time. She seemed to hear me but I found as time went on that I experienced more pain and disability and when I spoke about this I was ignored and told what I was really feeling. It didn't make sense. So I went to my doctor's then was ignored and told opposite of what I was experiencing then at more doctors appointments of any type.
