Kind, thoughtful and excellent lab technicians! Although I have to travel farther, they're always worth the extra miles.
I just wanted to share the "ABOVE AND BEYOND" moment I had with Mary (Christ Hospital Lab Staff). I had to drop off something at the Lab, there were 6 people in front of me. My Dr appointment was in 10 minutes so I waited as long as I could before I had to go up for my visit. When I was done I came back down and the Lab had closed. I was just going to try and come back the next day. I was in my car just fixing to leave when a woman in scrubs with a clip board was waving threw the window. mary the phlebotomist I saw today was very nice, compassionate and patient with me. I had to have another hospital send over faxes and she did not make me feel like a bother at all! She was very understanding and made sure she got what was needed, done! Thank you Mary!
