I have rarely encountered a medical practice that made me feel so consistently dismissed, inconvenienced, and unwelcome. At my first appointment, the physician spent more time chastising me for not seeking care sooner than she did addressing my concerns. I came for medical care, not a lecture. Despite explaining that I am a difficult stick, I was sent to a location where they were unable to establish IV access, forcing me to reschedule treatment at the main hospital. The new system for blood draws was ok. I was in and out in a half hour. Technician was pleasant and answered my questions
Went with a STAT lab order time sensitive due to possibly needing medication adjustments. Lab closed for the day before my blood draw was run. What a joke.
Simply terrible since they changed the workflow here last year. 45 minutes to get a draw and sometimes 10 minutes in between calling people back? Never again.
