Simply terrible since they changed the workflow here last year. 45 minutes to get a draw and sometimes 10 minutes in between calling people back? Never again.
This was my go to place for labs they were quick and friendly. My last visit I had to check in at a different location, the wait was long just to check in. Once I checked in I waited 20 minutes then told that the " Lab was down " not sure what that ment but I didn't get my labs done. I think it is time to find a new lab.
Second attempt getting blood drawn through christ hospital lab services! This time I went early AM to a separate location and guess what? I waited 50 min! This is beyond unacceptable and I have never experienced this at any other health network. If I didnt really like my provider I would leave! Make an effort to staff better, I realize it doesnt make you more money to staff but this isnt fair to your patients or current staff!
I went to this lab this morning for a timed blood draw only to find posted on the door that they are closed until November 2023. This isn’t listed in the hours or on Christ Hospitals website. I had to rush over to another lab to get the bloodwork done in time. This isn’t the first time this lab has been closed and it isn’t posted online.
