I want to give a shout out to the ladies here who have drawn my blood. I am super squeamish and needle-phobic, and every time I have to have blood work done, these ladies are always kind and professional. In fact, it is because they are so kind and know how to settle me down that I travel 30 minutes to this location rather than the closer lab that is only ten minutes away.
Quick, clear, and kind! I hate getting my blood drawn and they had me out of there so fast I didn't have time to be nervous
Efficient can’t even begin to described these ladies! Every time I have had to go in (a few times in the last 8 months alone, they are ready and quick as soon as the doors open! Kind and never even feel the needle. I also love that they are right across from my PCP! ❤️
When I went to this location to get my labs done, the door was locked. The person at the front desk came over to talk to me after I stood outside for a few minutes. I was confused as to why the door was locked because the online hours and the hours posted on the door said that the lab was open during this time. The employee informed me they were on their lunch break, but this was not posted online or anywhere on the door. Was told I could get blood drawn from any Christ lab after calling my doctor and placing the order. When I get here, I am told that this lab only accepts patients from this building. What a waste of my time. How do hospitals have all this money and the worst customer service on the planet
