If you are African American don't ask for a knee replacement, they will not give you one and are very rude especially the orthopedic Dr. There were plenty of ppl I seen (white) that had an appointment for knee surgery and another that had the surgery, then I look at myself and wonder why I was sent to physical therapy :(
Denied consultation because policy is not to give a 2nd opinion or perform revision surgery within one year if not the original surgeon. Also, ohio statute of limitations on medical malpractice is 1 year. Is this a coincidence or does Christ hospital enable the unspoken "honor system" between surgeons?

Their phone system is absolute garbage. I had to deal with 10-15 minutes of robo in order to get to a human being. After that, it turned into a game of department tag. There is little more soul crushing than realizing that the only thing that matters to a hospital is money. I'm in pain and need to know what it costs to see a doctor so that I can feel better. But when I call this hospital, I'm treated like an inconvenience.
