So thankful for the experienced personnel in the ER and Spine center. They identified the risk of my injury within a few hours and I had surgery the next day.
I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Johnathan Spanyer. The whole process was very smooth. Every single person front Vincent at the front desk, Molly who took me to my room, Lindsey who took my vitals, Kristy who started my IV, Sarah who gave me my meds, Dr Lee who sent me off to sleep, and Abby who took care of me afterwards treated me like I was the only one in the hospital. Great team effort. I’m sure there were plenty of other people involved so thank you.
I had an outpatient ankle surgery here about a week ago! The care I received was outstanding. I wish I remembered all of the names of all the individuals who helped me during my stay because they all deserve recognition! The moment I was allowed back to the pre-op area, I was greeted by super kind PCA who acquainted me to my room and provided me with my gown and other materials I needed for surgery. On May 2nd, 2024, I had a T1 to T3 laminectomy with fusion. From walking in the door to walking out 3 and a half days later, all the staff were phenomenal from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and the PCAs. the food service, the occupational therapists, the physical therapists, and the people who take care of the rooms. They all took care of me 24/7. I was in a lot of post surgery pain, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of all my needs.
I had an l4-s1 fusion done here early this week by a beacon ortho surgeon and I gotta say the staff here is the best hands dow. They were attentive with regular checkup, never a long wait after pressing the call button and they were willing to get me up and walking at any time i was ready regardless of the hour. They honestly all deserve a raise for putting up with my whining and whimpering and still being ad polite and helpful as could be.
