During a recent mammogram, the technician "Loirene" was harsh and rude. She barked orders and questions like I was wasting her time throughout the mammogram. She struggled significantly with positioning and had to repeat two films. I never want to repeat this experience or interact with this technician at The Christ Hospital again.
