I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here. Every night staff member was incredibly kind and attentive with me; I was able to receive the care I needed without being delayed or ignored.
This place has turned into a joke. We arrived at 4:30 and didn’t leave till about 1:30 am. No one really told us anything. Since we were from out of town my son couldn’t be admitted. No one really told us anything the entire time we were there. The hospital looks like something out of the 80s nothing really updated. My family in the past used to always go here because I’m from Cincinnati but this place has really went down.
Got pretty quick service. The ER is dirty. The beds, floors, & tables all need deep disinfecting cleaning.
Stopped by the ER at Christ Hospital Cincinnati on 6/24/26 around 7pm as a guest. The check-in staff were solid—friendly, quick, and got people taken care of. The off-duty CPD officer working security was approachable and actually made the place feel a bit more relaxed. Props to both. But honestly, the state of the waiting area wasn’t great.
