UC was so packed and i was in so much pain and wanted to be seen asap. So i decided to go to Christ ER since it was close And I had a good experience at the Cincinnati location years ago. I have to day, this was the worst hospital I have ever been to. I was treated so poorly and I'd even say disrespectfully, by the front staff, nurses and especially the doctor. I was and still am, so disappointed in the experience I had at the ER. I don't plan on ever returning.

By far the best emergency room experience, level of care, and treatment we have had. No one wants to be in a hospital bed at any time of day and it was refreshing to have my kid be treated as a patient instead of a metric. Kudos to Dr. Hill, RN Kevin and RN Shannon. We appreciate your support, care and dedication…you make a difference.

Worst ER around. Go somewhere else. And that’s for both the downtown location & the Liberty Township location as well. Patients were taken in order of who yelled at the staff the loudest instead by medical issue. They needed a security person in the lobby just to keep the patients in line. However, over a 4 hour wait just to be seen is ridiculous. They are obviously understaffed and the staff who are there are awful and mean to everyone.
