I had an incredible experience at Chopra Mind-Body Spa. Honestly, my massage was one of the best I’ve ever had and I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. The therapist was intuitive, attentive, and truly caring. The peppermint aromatherapy was such a thoughtful touch and completely elevated the experience… it was refreshing, calming, and grounding all at once. Fareed is the real deal! Incredibly knowledgeable of the body which makes him a master of his craft. I will be back to see Fareed and would follow him if he leaves. Excellent massage and listened to my areas of concern. Next time it will be a 90 minute massage.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had booked a treatment for Sunday 23rd June 2024 and I got up with a fever and very bad throat. I explained this to Lindsey who was the least bit empathetic and said it’s policy that they will charge us a $75 cancellation. I told her I was not expecting to be sick and was willing to reschedule to another day. I had a PHENOMENAL 90-min massage service at this spa today, which is located inside the amazing Lake Nona Performance Club!! I have never received a medical massage before until I was blessed with having Fareed as my Therapist. I have constantly suffered with muscle/joint pain for many years. After a session with Fareed, I feel like I'm a new person!! I feel like my body has aged backwards, grew taller, and I can run a full marathon!! I'm pain free!!! Hallelujah!!!!!! Whoohoooo!!!!! Yay!!!!
