I enjoy the guided meditation available daily and the transformational spiritual events at the Chopra Center in La Costa.

Magical. I completed the perfect health retreat and it was a super rich experience. The people were authentic and lovely, the teachings were right on point and helpful, and the space is gorgeous. I brought home some art and I'm so happy I did! I think about the Center and the people I met and things I learned when I look at the things around my house. Feel blessed I was able to be there.
Chopra Center is wonderful. Love the yoga and their teachers. The Ayurveda messages are a gift to yourself. Love the gift shop and library. Going to the Chopra Center will change you and your life in a positive way.
