These 21 days meditation events are always a great way to get back on track, and for me it always comes when I am focused on my path of what’s next, just happen to be in a space of claiming my body back and shedding a few lbs I am so excited to both the support but the adventure.
I have done several free meditation challenges and bought some of them. Peace in your day, support and gentle encouragement for self reflection and coaching. Shedding the weight ( like the song Carry that weight) speaks of the weight we can all carry, not just physically.
Everyone should come here to practice self compassion. The staff is amazing and you will make new friends. I look forward to more experiences like this. Peace
