I come here quite often and always have a great experience. Preet provides amazing customer service, she’s very polite and always welcomes everyone with a smile. I usually order the Goddess Bowl, and she often remembers my order before I even say it, which is really impressive. The place is quiet, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. The staff always prepare food properly with good hygiene and gloves. I’m really happy the restaurant has reopened everything is great, and I love coming here for healthy food❤️
Very disappointing experience. If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but it seemed the staff taking the order had difficulty understanding. She had to repeat the order three times, which became frustrating. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff behind the counter appeared to be laughing and speaking in another language while looking at us, which felt very disrespectful. Today I visited Chopped Leaf for the first time, and I really loved the environment. It was so welcoming and pleasant. I was especially impressed by Preet. She spoke to me very kindly and explained the menu in a clear and helpful way, as I wasn’t very familiar with it. She suggested great options and served me herself. I had a great experience today. The staff were very nice and friendly. I was served by Preet, she was extremely helpful and had a warm, friendly attitude. The environment was clean, welcoming, and pleasant. I had the buffalo sandwich, goddess salad, and chopped water, and everything was very tasty 😋. I’ll definitely come back again soon!
