Very rude guy at the pickup. Admin, please teach him how to behave with customers. Teach him Canadian culture please. While working, he was chatting on phone with his invisible headphones.
I work as an Uber Delivery driver. A few minutes ago, I went to pick up an order from this restaurant. The employee who served me was very rude and unprofessional. More importantly, I noticed serious hygiene concerns while the food was being prepared. The employee was not wearing gloves while making pasta. He was handling the food directly with his bare hands while preparing a customer’s meal. I would not recommend eating here. Amazing food and great service! Everything was fresh, flavourful and perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended! Especially the night staff is really good at service. I recommend everyone to try it once.
