I just purchased a cobb bowl today and was disappointed to find that the ingredients were not fresh. The rice was stale and inedible. I used to enjoy this place, but I’m unsure if it’s due to new or inexperienced staff or changes in management. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially after spending $20 for such a disappointing experience.
I placed an online order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 1:31 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes late to find the door locked and the open sign turned off, even though the lights inside were still on. Confused, I called the store twice with no answer. After checking their posted hours (which showed they should have been open), I called two more times and even returned 20 minutes later — but the store was still closed. I am obsessed with the goddess salad! I came in last night to order two one for dinner and one for lunch today and the staff were friendly and the place was clean. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about so far I've had nothing but good food and good service. I will say the goddess salad with no protein is a little pricey but its delicious! I plan to switch it up soon and try other items on the menu!
