love Chopped Leaf and wish there was one in Penticton. There was a mix up with my order that wasn't discovered until I got back to Penticton...I called and they told me they would make it right by replacing the bowls when I was in next. 1.5weeks later they followed through and made it right. Thank you!!!
Went today for the first time, initially had a quick conversation with the staff, she was amazing and lovely! Said I would be back after I finished shopping But, guy who served me was very dismissive and not interested at all, seems he did not want to be there! I asked about vegan dressings to confirm, replied “if she said so, it must be!” Had to ask him to double check, and got a rolling of the eyes Then he was not very nice when he spoke to his colleague, argumentative!
