Today, September 25 at around 7:30 p.m. I ordered two Chicken Caesar wraps and asked that one be cut in half. The response I received was, “It’s already small enough.” I can clearly see the size—it was a request, not a question. Please remember: good customer service means being attentive to customer preferences, no matter how small they may seem
