I really love chopped leaf so I’ve been to this location many times when visiting Regina. I always opt for their salads with extra protein (otherwise you get a small amount. Even doubling it isn’t exactly a whole serving). It’s a fast food environment but it’s fresh ingredients and prioritizes healthier options for individuals who are conscious of this. The service was quick and efficient. Lots of parking. It’s in a newer development and so not much else around which means you’ll find plenty!
I usually order vegetarian food inside The Chopped Leaf, and I am a regular customer every Friday and Saturday. However, during my recent visit, I was very disappointed. While preparing my vegetarian order, the staff did not change their gloves after handling meat, and they also used the same knife without cleaning it. As a vegetarian, this was very upsetting. Amazing ... Every. Single. Time! The food is absolutely delicious and the folks who work there are super friendly. I have Celiac Disease and they have great knowledge of my restrictions and do their utmost to make sure I'm kept safe. I HIGHLY recommend them and I can't wait to eat there again. The store always looks neat and clean. I really like their wrap, and the veggies are always fresh. It just feel the wrap is smaller than before.
