Good potential, but unfortunately after having items missing from our order every time (we've ordered here at least a dozen times). I will not be returning. When you have to pay extra for every single ingredient added and then you get back home or work to eat and you notice that some of those extra ingredients are missing, it's really off putting and makes me think that whomever prepared the order just doesn't care. The Goddess Bowl at every other location (I have driven across Canada) is normally delicious and very filling. However at this location the portions were smaller, we're talking the sweet potato, like 6 chickpeas, and 1/4 of the avocado normally given. The falafel was almost cold despite being placed in the oven (ate right after receiving). Not sure why this place was so stingy, and why the man serving was unfriendly. Pretty bad service ngl
If I could put a zero I would. Today was my first time going to this restaurant. I placed my order and the girl started making my food. I asked her if I could use the washroom and she said yes and came to open the door for me. That’s when I noticed that she was wearing the white gloves that you wear when you prepare food. So she had them on to prepare my food. She came and touched the bathroom door and went back to do my food.
