This store needs to come up a different way for dealing with phone orders. There was a line up waiting for over 15 minutes while they put thru a phone order. What happened to customer service. If you want to do phone orders have someone else do that - it shouldn't take away from others on their lunch breaks stopping in for food. I ended up ordering online instead of waiting thinking I could at least get my order in to still wait over 20 minutes. Unacceptable.
Stopped by around 7:52 PM, a few minutes before closing at 8 PM, hoping to order a grilled chicken sandwich. I was told the grill had already been cleaned so they couldn’t serve it. I understand closing procedures, but it was a bit disappointing since the store was still technically open. Just sharing feedback , Totally understand closing routines, but maybe the sandwiches clock out before the staff do 😅 !! Hopefully the store can clarify if hot items stop earlier !!
Great wrap. Service was ok. Only thing I think is more choice in drinks and sides
