I ordered a Signature Salad to go. I left and was highly disappointed when I opened up my salad and there wasn’t any dressing and half the lettuce was brown. Chopped Leaf specializes in salad, why is half the lettuce brown? Ugh, I wish I would have gone elsewhere.
You can't go wrong with a meal from Chopped Leaf! I love making my own salad. The ingredients were fresh and my salad was delicious!
So I went in there and there were two people seated (and they looked annoyed) the guy behind the counter was talking in a different language with ear buds in to someone the whole time as I waited about 10 min to make my order. I didn’t know if he was trying to talk to me but nope he was on his ear buds talking away to someone in a completely different language. Which was very uncomfortable and incredibly rude. This location has changed. The last two times I've gone in I feel like I'm bothering the staff by ordering. One time the man at the counter had ear pods in and could barely understand what I was saying until he took them out. Today my order was wrong and when I pointed out I ordered a bowl and not a salad there was no apology for the mix up. (I just wanted the rice to go in the bowl). There was a menu change that now requires you to get protein. And if you don't want it you still pay for it.
