My new favorite place to get my haircut! Makayla was AMAZING!! Definitely going to ask for her again! She understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job! My favorite haircut I’ve ever gotten! Such a sweet, creative, and talented person! Highly recommend her when you go in! :)

I enjoyed my time as a customer at this salon. I have been twice. However, I had an appointment today(3/29/25) that I had cancel on Thursday (2/27/25) via phone call. I continued to receive reminders via email and text about my appointment and that I would be charged 70% no show fee. I left two voice messages on 3/28/25. And then called the salon first thing in the morning. I was treated as a liar. I had to send screen shots of my call log and the emails. I have never been treated this way. I love The Chop Shop! The stylists take time to hear your vision and make it happen, and will stick with you for as long as it takes to make it right. Everything from the drinks to the decor to the heated towels creates a cool, chic, and comfortable atmosphere. The stylists and manager do their best to ensure you have a positive experience and I can honestly say that I absolutely did. This will definitely be my go-to salon from now on!

I went in for a significant cut (shoulder length to a pixie) and Brandi made me feel comfortable the whole time. We went a little conservative and after a few days I wanted to go shorter. She fit me right in and worked to get the cut I wanted. I highly recommend Brandi and The Chop Shop!
