This review is for The Hair Witch at The Chop Shop I requested an appointment with their online booking site for hair color, cut and highlights that was set for 1.5 hours. I got an email and text confirmation and several reminders up to the day of. Just 2 hours before I got a message from Taylor that she just got notified of my appointment, and wouldn't be able to take me because it was double-booked but I could rescheduled for another day.
